“I first hired Lillybeth to do my makeup for the photographic shoot for my website.  She was outstanding!  I have an unusual skin tone that has confused every makeup consultant I've ever worked with... but not Lillybeth.  She took one look at me and knew exactly which shades, textures and types of makeup would not only suit my skin tone, but flatter it.

I will never be able to replicate what Lillybeth can do, such is her artistry and passion for her craft.” (2011)

"Lillybeth is a ball of pure creative energy. To quote Forest Gump, working with Lillybeth is like a box of chocolates. You never know quite what you're going to get, but the results are always sublime.
Although she is CIBTAC qualified Lillybeth started out self-taught. The thing I like about self-taught creatives is their ability to operate outside the box. You can't help but think outside the square if you've never been in one to start with!
Whether working to a brief or rolling out one of her own creative compositions, Lillybeth is the queen of the one-off creative design and false eyelashes. Let her loose at your next model shoot and stand back and enjoy the results.“ (5 stars, 2010)

Don’t let bad makeup let your project down!

If you are using a female face (or your own) in a commercial project, TVC, film, photo or event, don’t let bad makeup undermine your message.

Your advertising campaign or commercial project is only as strong as its weakest link, and I understand that.  One amateur job or a moment of inattention to detail can let the whole project down, wasting everybody’s time and thousands of dollars.  Makeup - along with design font, set styling, lighting etc - conveys a social message.  Make sure it’s what you want to say.

Whether your advertising client’s (or your) brand is natural, sophisticated, romantic, creative, about lifestyle, tourism or business, I understand the social language of makeup and can deliver a makeup look that heightens the impact of your campaign.  My own style is naturally glamorous with a touch of high fashion, but working to your brief to create the look and ‘feel’ you’re after is my passion.  I’m in my element when discussing concepts, ideas and working with designers, photographers, project managers and brand managers.
